I'm pleased to say that the Belvedere Community Centre, in my ward, has reopened. The centre, on Belvoir Street (near the junction with Dereham Road), was closed for a short period in the autumn for refurbishment and during a period of transition to a new management committee. The centre is once again hosting a wide range of activities, including bingo and different types of dance classes. The popular luncheon club has started again on Wednesdays.
